Dear customers and business partners
The Corona Virus currently presents our country and all of our lives with particular challenges, which we as Wesemann GmbH are tackling to the best of our ability. We are very much aware of our responsibility for your health, that of our employees and of society as a whole.
We would like to inform you about our risk management. During the past few months, we have been looking into various options that guarantee the protection of our employees whilst still enabling regulated and ongoing operation.
Our aim is also to guarantee our customers a stable delivery capability.
In this context, please inform us about your developments insofar as they influence our cooperation.
We have compiled the current status of our services for you here:
Sales force / Project leader
We would like to inform you that a large majority of our sales staff will no longer be attending meetings in person as from Montag, 23rd March 2020. However, they have technical possibilities that enable them to conduct video/technical conferences. Should a personal appointment be necessary, this will be agreed in compliance with the required safety and hygiene regulations.
Only in this way can we pragmatically reduce the risk of infection internally and externally and at the same time ensure regular accessibility for our customers.
Service technicians / Installation partners
Our service technicians and installation partners have been sensitised accordingly in this situation. A clear communication structure and instructions have been distributed to the service technicians and installation partners.
Please inform our service technicians and installation partners accordingly in good time about individual regulations in your operating facility.
Office staff / Production
Your existing contacts in Sales / Technical Support / Customer Service / Accounting can be reached as before by email and telephone (via the existing extension) during regular business hours. In the case of contacts who are in the home office, a mobile phone number will be announced on the existing extension, under which you can reach the person you wish to call.
We would also ask you to refrain from visiting our corporate office in Syke and our branches until further notice.
Every day brings new changes at the moment. As a manufacturer of high-quality laboratory equipment, we are prepared for this and can react as quickly as possible. At this time, the top priority is to act appropriately and calmly. We act precisely according to this maxim.
